Personal data processing policy. Version of 16 October 2026.

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is ИП Солод Людмила Евгеньевна (INN 773465115500, OGRNIP 323774600448099), owner of cvetoslozhenie.ru. This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. What we collect

name, email and phone — from order, registration, course and contact forms;
delivery address — if you choose delivery;
order history — if you create an account;
technical data: IP address and cookies needed for the cart, sign-in and spam protection.

We do not receive or store bank card details: payment takes place on the YooKassa page.

3. Why

to process, take payment for and deliver your order and contact you about it;
to answer your enquiry or enrol you on a course;
to provide your personal account;
to meet legal requirements, including sending a fiscal receipt.

We send no marketing emails without your separate consent.

4. Who receives the data

Only those needed to fulfil the order: the YooKassa payment service, the delivery service, and public authorities where the law requires. Data is stored on servers in Russia.

5. Retention

For as long as needed for the purposes above and no longer than the law requires. On request we delete data we are not legally obliged to keep.

6. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Email lavka@cvetoslozhenie.ru — we reply within 10 working days.

7. Security

The site uses HTTPS, passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and only studio staff who need it have access to the data.
