Terms of sale
Public offer for distance sale of goods. Version of 16 October 2026.
1. General
This document is a public offer by ИП Солод Людмила Евгеньевна (INN 773465115500, OGRNIP 323774600448099), the "Seller", to enter into a sales contract for the goods presented on cvetoslozhenie.ru on the terms below.
The buyer accepts the offer by placing an order on the website and pressing "Confirm order". From that moment the contract is concluded.
The contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Protection Act and the Rules for distance sale of goods (Government Decree No. 2463 of 31.12.2020).
2. Goods
The website offers:
- original botanical works — each exists as a single piece;
- prints of the works, produced to the buyer's order in the chosen size, with or without a frame and mount.
Description, size and photos are given on each product page. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the work itself. Pressed plants are a natural material, so every piece has its own shades and texture.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in roubles and shown on the product page and in the cart. The order total is fixed when the order is placed.
Payment methods:
- bank card or the Faster Payments System (SBP) on the secure YooKassa page; card details are not passed to the Seller;
- cash on collection at the studio or to the courier, if chosen at checkout.
Until online payment is connected, we send a card payment link or an SBP QR code after confirming the order.
A fiscal receipt is sent to the email address given at checkout.
4. Placing and fulfilling the order
At checkout the buyer gives a name, email, phone and, for delivery, an address, and is responsible for their accuracy.
An original work is reserved for the buyer once the order is placed. With online payment the reservation lasts 30 minutes; if payment is not received in that time, the order may be cancelled.
The Seller confirms the order by email or phone. If an ordered item turns out to be unavailable, the Seller informs the buyer and refunds any payment in full.

5. Returns
The return procedure is described on the "Payment, delivery and returns" page and forms part of these terms.
6. Personal data
The Seller processes the buyer's personal data only to fulfil the order, in line with the Privacy policy published on the website.
7. Other terms
The Seller may amend these terms. A new version applies from publication and does not affect orders already placed.
Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, as provided by Russian law.
