Payment, delivery and returns

Payment

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Mir) on the secure YooKassa page. Card details are not passed to the studio or stored on the site.
  • SBP (Faster Payments System) — pay from your banking app via a QR code or link.
  • Cash on collection at the studio or to the courier.

Until online payment is connected, we send a card payment link or an SBP QR code after confirming the order.

A fiscal receipt is sent to the email given in the order.

Delivery

Delivery across Russia is free; choose the carrier at checkout:

  • CDEK — to the door or a pickup point;
  • Yandex Delivery — to the door or a pickup point;
  • Russian Post — to any post office, including small towns.

Within Moscow (inside the MKAD) a Dostavista courier brings the order on an agreed day — it costs ₽700.

Delivery takes 2–3 weeks from order confirmation: prints are produced and framed to order, originals are packed by hand.

Every piece travels in rigid packaging with acid-free paper and is insured in transit. Once the parcel is handed over, we send you a tracking number.

Collection is free from the studio at: Москва, Проспект Мира 26с1. We agree the time in advance.

Receiving your order

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If the packaging or the work is damaged, note it in the carrier's documents, take photos and email us at lavka@cvetoslozhenie.ru — we will replace the piece if possible or refund you.

Returning items of proper quality

An original work may be returned without giving a reason before receipt and within 7 days after receipt, provided it is undamaged and in its original packaging.

Prints made to your order (chosen size, frame and mount) cannot be returned if they are of proper quality, as goods with individually defined properties (Art. 26.1(4) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act).

Refunds are made within 10 days of your request, less the cost of delivering the work to you. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Faulty or damaged items

If a work or print arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we will replace it or refund the full price including delivery, and cover the return shipping.

How to return

  1. Email lavka@cvetoslozhenie.ru or call +7 903-252-1108 with the order number and the reason; attach photos if the item is damaged.
  2. We agree how to send the work back.
  3. Once we receive it, we refund to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank.
